"The sled was everything you said it was over the phone and I haven't found anything to make me think different.  It's one thing to take someone's word over the phone, that's no doubt a major risk when buying sight unseen, but when I arrived 420 miles from my house and first saw the sled I felt better seeing exactly what was explained to me and no surprises.  But the true testimate was returning home and checking the sled over in my own shop finding no surprises, then having rode over 600 miles since purchased, I would have no problem making the trip to MI again for another purchase.   I have a great deal of respect for sincere people and was very impressed by you making it possible to meet after hours on a Friday night so I could start my trip back home.  I hope this letter lets you know your honesty in appreciated.  Its been a pleasure doing business with you Scott."
